Advocate the interests of young alumni.
Propose meaningful programs and services for current and future young alumni.
Educate recent alumni about goals of the Office of Advancement.
Participate in fundraising efforts, which are essential to the continued success of the College.
Develop volunteers and future leaders in ways that deepen their commitment to BSC.
Birmingham-Southern Alumni who have graduated within the last ten years are eligible for membership. Members will be nominated, recruited, and selected for their abilities, commitment to BSC, and potential for advancing the Council. Alumni may nominate themselves or other young alumni. Appointments to the council will be made each August.
The Alumni Office seeks members who are passionate about working to enhance the post-graduate experience for all young alumni, regardless of their involvement as students, or their current engagement with the College.
